We produce and deliver your custom-made Remove Before Flight within 3 to 4 weeks.
If you need your keychains sooner, we can try to reduce the production and delivery times by placing your order in "Rush" mode which brings the total lead time to: 15 to 20 days but it's not guaranteed.

No. Shipping costs are included in the quote or the amount paid on our website if you have used the online personalization tool.

Yes. All our keychains are delivered by default with the metal ring inserted into the eyelet.
If you wish, we can deliver your keychains without ring, in case you want to put another type of fastener.
If you choose a reinforced fastening system, this replaces the eyelet but the metal ring is also supplied with it.

In the case of woven keyrings: Yes.
It is even recommended so the colors of your keychains will be exactly the same as those of your graphic.
Regarding the embroidered keychains, we do not use Pantone codes but a color chart for threads and twills.
We choose the color that comes closest to the one you want for the background, text or image. In this case, you can send us RGB or Hex codes.

Absolutely.
We always include a graphic artwork (proof) so that you can approve the design before placing the order.

Ideally, we prefer to work with illustrator vector files (.ai .svg or .pdf).
This allows us to adapt your graphic illustrations with the design of the Remove Before Flight.
However, we also accept classic extensions like .png .jpg or .gif.

What texts and images are not allowed on my key rings?

• Any text or image that is insulting or discriminatory, aimed at encouraging violence, of a political, racist, sexist nature or any other illicit content.
• Submitting content that promotes hatred, discrimination, violence, or violates local and international laws and regulations is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to refuse any order that violates these rules or is contrary to our content policy.

What I can write on my remove:

• Anything that does not fit into the categories listed above.
• Note: The inscription "REMOVE BEFORE FLIGHT" is not at all obligatory, you can include personalized textual and graphic elements on the front and back sides (logo, image, diagram, photo, QR code, etc.) that you wish.

When the order has been confirmed, we start by making a prototype sample of your keychains.
When it's finished (it takes a few days), we send you a picture of the sample by email.
If you are satisfied with the result and give your approval, we move to production.
Once production is complete, we ship your order.

If you haven't received any feedback of your order after a few days, it's because it's in progress and we need some time to:

• Make the sample model of your keychain: approx. 3 to 5 working days.
• Do the production based on the approved prototype -by you-, the production time depending on the quantity ordered: 5 to 10 working days on average.
• In any case, do not hesitate to follow up with us by email to find out a little more about the progress of your order.

Then you can get an idea of the rendering if you intend to create your own remove before flight.
If you ever wish to have a custom sample produced with your own design, we can do it for a flat rate of 45€.

Not at all ! We can produce keyrings with a specific background color other than the choice given on the form.
That's because we can't show you all the colors since there are too many of them, which is why we limit ourselves to the most standard colors.
If you have design guidelines with your own colors, simply send them to us in comments during your request.

Sure, it's possible to choose several different colors for the same keyring model.
For example: if you order 100 keyrings, you can request that they will be divided into 50 reds, 30 blues and 20 greens, instead of having 100 keyrings of the same color.
Please note that the unit price for each color group will be calculated based on the number of keychains of that specific color. Thus, the 50 red keyrings will have a unit price lower than the 30 blue pieces which will have a unit cost lower than the 20 units of green color, since production costs are influenced by the quantities ordered for each color and the higher the quantity per single model, the greater the price reduction.
